The Prairie State Achievement Examination will be administered here at Lake Forest High School on:

April 23-24, 2008

This state mandated Prairie State Achievement Examination will be administered to all juniors at Lake Forest High School on April 23-24, 2008. The PSAE score is required to be on the transcript and is also a graduation requirement. The ACT portion is on Wednesday, April 23 and includes the writing section. This ACT score is now being accepted by all colleges and universities this year as well as the NCAA Clearinghouse.

Freshmen, sophomores and seniors do not report to school on these
two days (unless arrangements have been made with teachers, coaches, or club sponsors). The ACT portion includes the writing section this year. This ACT score is now being accepted by all colleges and universities as well as the NCAA Clearinghouse. We anticipate testing to begin at the regular start time of 7:50 am.

TIMES:
Wednesday, April 23: 7:50 am -12:30 pm
NO lunch available.

Thursday, April 24. 7:50 am -10:30 am.
NO lunch available.

PLACE: Room assignments will be posted in the hallways prior to the test.

BRING: ID, pencils, calculator, snacks for breaks, Kleenex if needed.

BUS SERVICE: Available to and from school. Buses will run regular times in the am.

Wednesday, Bus departs at 1:00 pm
Thursday, Bus departs at 11:00 am

SNACK BAR OPEN: 7:30 am

Friday, April 25 is a day of non-attendance for all.
