Q. How can I find out where my seats are located?

You can view a seating diagram for main floor and balcony.


Q. Is there a service charge to use a credit card?

A. In order to take advantage of the credit card processing and other benefits of the ticketing software, there is a modest $ 1.00 charge for each ticket ordered online with a credit card. If you use the mail-in form, there is no extra charge even if you use a credit card. The service charge is much less than TicketMaster would charge for a similarly priced ticket.


Q. I use AOL and seem to have some problems with the screen coming up.

A. AOL's current native browser does not correctly support the ticketing software. You can log onto AOL first, then open Internet Explorer and then access the ticket page. If your popup blocking is OFF, you should have no problem.


Q. I click on "Buy Tickets Now" and nothing happens.

A. Most likely you have a popup blocker on. You can disable it temporarily to click on "Buy Tickets Now" and purchase your tickets. Just remember to turn it back on to avoid all those ads. We don't use popup ads of any kind, so while you visit lfhs.org and our ticket agent, you will not get popups.


Q. I want to order tickets for several nights. Can I stay on and make one order?

A. To help the ticketing software keep track of each night, it wants you to start each performance at the beginning.


Q. I need to order tickets for someone in a wheelchair.

A. The best way to do that is by telephone or mail. See the ticket order form to find the name and contact information of this year's ticket volunteer.


Q. There is a charge on my credit card statement from Vendini.

A. If you order online or by mail with a credit card, Vendini provides the credit card processing as our agent. The credit card charge will indicate "Vendini."


Q. What if I have another problem?
