Transitions
This is a year of transitions for both you and your senior. College Counselor, Jacquie Berkshire, will share some helpful tips on what to expect this year. The APT will update you in on some of the activities planned for the seniors as the school year progresses.
The Senior Class Student Council has been hard at work this fall.
They helped to plan Spirit Week activities in October and led a
successful fundraiser selling t-shirts that commemorated our first
Friday night Homecoming! The first Senior Class breakfast was held
in the Senior Hallway on Friday, October 17. These quarterly breakfasts
are a favorite tradition with our seniors, and we appreciate the
efforts of the cafeteria staff for organizing the wonderful breakfast
treats.
The Student Council has decided to focus its service projects this
year on the Boys & Girls Club of Lake County. They donated all
of the desserts for the Club’s annual Thanksgiving Dinner,
which was held on Thursday, November 20, and helped to serve dinner
to over 150 club members and their families.
