Wednesday night the Scouts were
ready to play fast and aggressive against the Warren Blue Devils.
Kyle Gaughn's passing set the pace from the start. Lake Forest
continued to push forward and never let up the pressure. As
a team, we were able to capitalize on a solid defensive performance.
The offense seized control of the floor and didn't look back.

| The Lake Forest Boys' Volleyball
team came out to play hard against the Mustangs from Mundelein. Lake
Forest did a great job spreading their offense evenly throughout
match play. In the second game,
the Scouts were able to use their momentum to force Mundelein
into a third game, but came up short for the win. Service
errors proved to be the team's downfall. The team should
be proud of their overall performance. To top off the night, John
Rockwell was selected as the News Sun player of the week,
an honor well deserved.

The team executed clean and aggressive plays
and maintained a momentum throughout the match. The team's
passing was fantastic to make the offensive
system work. Ryan Christensen's setting ability has been
a pertinent element in the last few games. The Scouts have
continued to grow and develop, as a team. Keep up the good
