Telcom Students tour WLS-ABC 7Telecom-Video Production took 15 advanced students downtown to tour WLS-ABC 7 studios on Tuesday, November 27. The tour was led by Joe Littel, husband of Librarian Kerry Littel and recent winner of a Television Emmy for his graphics work at the station. Joe gave an all-access tour of the control room; their new news set and even the famous set of Ebert and Roeper. The students later reflected on the fast paced environment, the amazing differences of High Definition video and the similarities in process and function that they use in class.
